Graphic Designer & Creative Assistant

Natalie Pasnin Graphic Designs is a Brand Specialist Design Studio. Ranging from established to start-up businesses from a vast array of industries; women's health, fitness, beauty, NDIS, food and beverage, healthcare to name a few.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our small but growing team.

You will work directly with the creative director and founder, to deliver an extensive range of projects simultaneously across multiple channels and brands.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Designer with a drive to deliver quality design and engaging campaigns for a range of product brands.

Key Duties

Design and create a quality graphic design for print and digital, for a number of clients including advertising materials, marketing and social media collateral, and internal collateral.Ensure consistency of visual and brand content across all channels.Develop brand style guides and templates for speed and efficiencies.Manage the product image bank. Obtaining product images from marketing partners or when required photographing and editing images.Work in a fast-paced environment independently, whilst maintaining brand consistency across a significant number of assets and brand whilst meeting deadlines.

The role will require the successful applicant to work 7.5 - 15 hours per week in the office located in Cranbourne or WFH. They will also be required to use their own laptop.

The Ideal Candidate

A proficient user of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)Graphic Design qualification or similar design-related fieldStrong layout skills, conceptual design ability and a good eye for detailCan develop a project from the initial brief to print-ready finished artworkCan develop designs in line with a brand’s existing guidelines and tone of voiceAbility to take direction and communicate with the directorCan provide and use their own laptopWordPress and Mailchimp or similar experience an advantageVideo editing experience across After Effects and Premiere Pro also a plus.Strong organisational management, conceptual design skills, critical thinking, attention to detail and time management skills

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with natural design talent and a hunger to grow.Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred.An impressive portfolio with work across various mediums - visual design, typography, print &/or digital.
