Design Chats, a collaboration between AGDA and 72andSunny, is a series of creative sessions to inspire Australian designers. These online chats will be a series of informal presentations and conversations with some of the world’s leading creative and design minds.
This chat features celebrated designer, Deva Pardue. Deva is an Irish-born New York-based independent Creative Director and Designer. Her skills range from strategy, branding, and design management to editorial, experiential, and environmental design. Most recently, Deva worked at The Wing where she built and oversaw the creative department. Prior to that, she worked at Pentagram Design.

Deva is an Irish-born, New York-based independent Creative Director and Designer whose skills range from creative strategy and design management to branding, print, experiential, and environmental design. Most recently, Deva worked at The Wing where she built and oversaw the Creative Department. Prior to that, Deva worked at Pentagram and in 2016 she founded For All Womankind and designed the now-iconic Femme Fists image that went viral globally during the Women's March. Deva has earned awards from the Type Directors Club and Communication Arts, has spoken at prestigious institutions and conferences including Princeton University, the AIGA, and Brand New Conference, and has received recognition from publications including Fast Company, Design Week, and Graphic Design USA who, in 2018, listed Deva in their roundup of “Socially Responsible Designers to Watch".
